Merguez is a spiced lamb sausage with roots in North African cuisine — and it's an absolute showstopper on the braai or grill. Our handmade version is packed with harissa, cumin, coriander and chilli, all stuffed into natural lamb casings for that authentic snap and sizzle.

Supplied raw and ready for the braai, grill or pan. Brilliant on their own, in a flatbread, or alongside couscous and a cooling yoghurt dip.
